Here are the main reasons that you do not need a gym membership:
It provides you with an excuse. An excuse for what? Well, have you ever said any of the following:
- There isn’t a gym near me.
- I forgot my workout clothes.
- I don’t feel like leaving the house today.
- I don’t have time.
- I don’t have money.
Having a gym membership allows you to more conveniently use these excuses because you have to travel to get to the gym. By using a home gym or bodyweight exercises you can do your workout anywhere and anytime that you wish.
You need to be comfortable to lose weight. You need to be comfortable in your workout setting to get the best quality exercise that you can. You need to be comfortable so that you can focus on your workout rather than focusing all of your attention on the others around you and what they may be thinking.
Food and nutrition aid in weight loss too. A large factor in weight loss is the variety of food and nutrition that you consume on a daily basis. You may be going to the gym five days a week, but unless you are eating a balanced diet that works with your workouts you are not going to lose weight. It is best that you block out 30 minutes of time each day to work on this course. The videos are all less than 10 minutes, but you will want a few extra minutes to work on your action steps and work through the workbook.
Each day you will receive an email with your link to the next video in the series. If you do not complete a video, do not fret because you will be able to watch it when you have time.
One of the best things you can do is create a folder to place all the emails titled: 21 Day Weight Loss. This way all the emails will be directed to an easy to find destination. One you have them in a folder, you will be able to easily re-watch videos, re-read emails, or find the ones that you missed.
